Rumbold’s Wedding Planning

Rumbolds has a full time manager to make sure everything goes smoothly from the day you book.Lots of ideas and advice on caterers, florist, bands, DJ’s Photographs as we have been doing this since 2007.
Below are a few examples that are included:

Meeting all the suppliers and directing them to the appropriate locations.
Greet the guests upon arrival and direct at where they can park
Direct the guests who are staying at the retreat to their rooms (with a list of names and whose going where nearer the event)
Monitoring all staff to ensure they stick to their tasks as well as making sure everyone sticks to the itinerary throughout the day and evening.
Check the inventory of items on arrival such as crockery, glasses, chairs etc
Ensure that the cleaners and bar staff have done their job properly on your wedding day and on the following next day. (As part of the contract)
Oversee the collection of the crockery, glasses etc the following day/week & sign off equipment etc
Make sure all rubbish is collected properly from rubbish collector.
As well as liaising with you all for the days leading up to your wedding day, and generally making sure everything runs smoothly.

We are excited to offer our delicious and beautiful cakes for your wedding at Rumbolds Farm. Our cakes are specially designed to match the rustic charm of the 16th century barn and will be a stunning addition to your day.

Amelia has been making celebration cakes for family and friends for many years, including for her three children. With her passion for baking and her eye for design, she is dedicated to creating the perfect cake for your day. Whether you are looking for a classic or modern design, Amelia is happy to discuss any type of cake or cupcake with you, including gluten free and vegan options. One of Amelia’s specialties is using in-season flowers to decorate her cakes which adds a beautiful touch of nature to your cake.

Please note that while we are happy to accommodate any design requests, we do not offer formal fondant iced cakes. However, we can create beautiful and elegant cakes using other techniques and decorations that will perfectly suit your event.
